GivingTuesday
Tuesday, November 28th is GivingTuesday, a day set aside to collectively practice radical generosity. This can be supporting your favorite local organization, volunteering with a cause you connect with, paying-it-forward to someone in line behind you, or going out of your way to get to know your neighbor. It’s a day for us to bless others. Have fun with it!
Pumpkin Waste Redirected
Do you have pumpkins left over from the holiday cooking or decor? Oatland Island Wildlife Center is accepting pumpkin donations to share with their rescued animals. You may drop off between 10am - 4pm daily. Remember:
Whole pumpkins only
No paint or other products on them
No carving, rotting, or softness
You can also compost them in your yard or at a FREE COR Compost Station (closest one is 1047 Howard St, half a block west of Forsyth Park).
