Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost
Yours truly (Tiffany) is facilitating a meditative walk this Saturday morning through the Street Wisdom organization. The walk is a blend of mindfulness, neuroscience, and wellness to unlock our minds and unblock our creativity.
So who is this for? If you have questions needing answers; if you are curious about different practices in mindfulness; or if you want to meet others who are also interested in slowing down and noticing the wisdom around us.
One More Time To Vote
It may feel like dé·jà vu from two years ago, but we have to vote again in a runoff. Early voting starts Monday, November 28th, and the runoff election day is Tuesday, December 6th. There are a couple changes to polling places so check out the Chatham County Board of Elections website.
Support Local Farms For Thanksgiving
Saturday, November 19th is the last Saturday before Thanksgiving to get local meat and produce from the vendors at the Forsyth Farmer’s Market. It will be busy, so bring a shopping list from your Thanksgiving menu. Also, you can go to Savannah State Farmer’s Market in Garden City next Saturday. There are vendors there as well as Local Farm Bag.
