St. Patrick’s Day Prep
It is the 200th anniversary of the St. Patrick’s Day here in Savannah, so there will be a lot of people celebrating this year. I (Nichelle) have survived the shenanigans in the past so I have a list of suggestions to guide you through.
First, you may want to create a special group text for your party friends who will be out and about partying. That way, you don’t annoy your introverted friends or give them unnecessary FOMO. Second, wear comfortable closed toed shoes like you’re working a shift at a restaurant. Third, make a drinking plan. You can either drink early and be done by noon or start in the afternoon for the second shift of partying.
Here’s a list of what you should have in your kit.
Phone charger
Sunglasses/sunscreen
Tissue/napkins/baby wipes
Flask
Water Bottle
Cash/debit card/ID (bars will card heavy)
Snacks
Phone numbers of emergency contact/friends’s number written down
Hand sanitizer
Condoms and lube (if you get lucky :)
