Savannah Bits and Bites
Toast! All Day has finally opened at the corner of Broughton and Bull Street. This breakfast/brunch restaurant is located in the former Panera Bread space. Toast! All Day has multiple locations in Charleston but this is the first Savannah location. Nixtate, a Mexican street food concept, is slated to open up in January at Starland Yard. I, Nichelle, checked out their food at a lunch pop-up a few weeks ago at Over Yonder, and the food is authentic and delicious. Sixby, a neighborhood cafe from Natasha Gaskill and Matthew Palmerlee, is scheduled to open in early 2024. It will be right next to neighborhood bar, Lone Wolf Lounge.
